We send all items by ARAMEX. ARAMEX generally delivers domestic (UAE) shipments within 2-3 working days and international shipments (in GCC) within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery period. With international shipments, you may experience unexpected delays due to customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
We aim to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website. However in the event of an item being out of stock, we indicate some of them to be “available on backorder” for your shopping convenience. In this case, we require an additional period ranging between a few working days up to 3 weeks to receive the product from our suppliers and dispatch it to your address.
Upon receiving an order, our system automatically sends you a confirmation email providing an order number. Our system continues to track the status of your order until dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, we enter the shipment tracking number on our system. This way, when you log in to your account, you can review the status of all your orders and get a hold of the ARAMEX shipment tracking number to track the status of your shipment through the courier company’s website.
At the moment, we do not make any deliveries to shipping addresses outside the GCC. Shipping within the UAE is AED 23.00 for credit-card purchases and AED 26.00 for cash-on-delivery purchases for a typical shipment (up to 500 grams including the packaging).
We bear the cost of domestic shipping and arrange for free delivery within UAE for purchases above AED 300.00. Shipping within the GCC is ~AED 40.00 for a typical shipment (up to 500 grams including the packaging). Unfortunately, we only accept credit card payments for international shipments at the moment.
Complimentary for all orders, your silver accessories will be sent to you in beautiful packaging e.g. a jewelry box that carries Aisha’s Charms logo. Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.
If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to track it directly with ARAMEX. Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via our contact form within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 30 working days after the date of dispatch until ARAMEX classes items as being lost. We can't resend orders until they are classed as lost. Items not received but tracked as being delivered frequently happens when items are delivered to someone else who has signed for it at the delivery address.
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. Providing the correct delivery address is the responsibility of the purchaser. We can not take responsibility for delivery of goods to an incorrect but deliverable address or delivery to a non-existent address. Refunds will not be processed for lost or delivered goods when an incorrect address has been provided by the customer.
