Ordering

  • Where's my order confirmation email?
    Please check your spam or junk mail folder - it might be there. If you set up an account when you checked out please log into your account. If your order was successful you'll see your order in your account. If this doesn't help, call us or email us. We're here to help!

  • Are all items shown on your website in stock?
    Yes. If the product does not have an 'Out of Stock' message then we have it in our warehouse, ready to send. We work very hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. Occasionally errors do occur, although they are rare.

  • Is my personal information safe?
    Yes. We are committed to keeping your personal information safe. We never pass personal customer information on to any other companies. More on our privacy policy here.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards. For domestic purchases, we also accept cash-on-delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or money transfer.

  • How secure is it to order from your website?
    We are committed to making the ordering process as secure as possible for you. Credit and debit card transactions are processed by Network International that operates a “best-in class” Payment Gateway facility service known as the MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MiGS).  MiGS switches merchant payment transactions directly to the card issuer and supports MasterCard Securecode, Verified by Visa for Visa and J-Secure for JCB transactions. All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is sent to the bank for instant authorization via this payment gateway. Transactions normally take a few seconds to be processed and at no time are your payment card details at risk.

Delivery

  • How can I track my order?
    Please login to your account or directly contact us with your order number and we will give you the tracking number for the package.

  • When will I get my order?
    We send all items by ARAMEX. ARAMEX generally delivers domestic (UAE) shipments within 2-3 working days and international shipments (in GCC) within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched the same day.

    Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery period. With international shipments, you may experience unexpected delays due to customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.

    We strive to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website. However, in the event of an item being out of stock, we indicate some of them to be “available on backorder” for your shopping convenience. In this case, we require from an additional period of a few working days up to 3 weeks to receive the product from our suppliers and dispatch it to your address.

  • I should have received my order by now, what do I do?
    Accounting for unexpected delays, we must allow a minimum of 5 working days for domestic shipments and 21 working days for international shipments for the item to arrive at your address.  If this period of time elapses and you've still not received your order, please contact us directly. We will immediately follow up with ARAMEX to determine if your shipment is lost or stolen. We can't resend orders until they are classed as lost or stolen by ARAMEX.

  • Do you deliver to my country?
    We currently deliver only within the GCC (Bahrain, KSA, Kuwait Oman, Qatar and UAE).

Returning Goods

  • How do I return an item?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within 3 days of receiving your order. Just contact us via e-mail explaining the reason for your return. You can use the contact us form or directly send an e-mail to info@aishas.com

  • Do I have to pay postage to return any unwanted goods?
    Yes, you will need to pay postage to send goods back to us. For properly returned items, we will provide you store credit refunding the original amount paid less any shipping and handling fees within 7 days after receiving the jewelry. You can use store credit for any future purchases from Aisha’s Charms.

    Yes we do. You can come and visit us at our various locations in the UAE. We also participate in all major exhibitions in Bahrain, Qatar and UAE. We also work with a number of select retailers across the GCC on a wholesale basis. Please contact us to find out where you can visit one of Aisha's retailers.

  • Do you have a catalog?
    Unfortunately, it has proven to be very challenging for us to maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date catalogue as we continously work on new designs. However, a wide range of our products is available on our website and new arrrivals are also shared on our instagram.
