We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality accessories and the highest quality customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note that all return and exchanges are done at our physical locations. Please refer to "Store Locator" tab for a detailed list of our current outlets.
In the case of an online exchange or return, the customer bears the cost of courier charges to and from our warehouse location.
We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that show obvious signs of wear or abuse will be returned to the buyer.

2. We will acknowledge receipt of your e-mail and provide you with a return code number referring to your refund request
3. Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Ship the jewelry to our address (stated below) with a shipping service of your choice. Shipping expense shall be borne by the customer.
Remember that the package must reach us within 7 days from the date of receipt of acknowledgement email providing you with the return code number. The address to send back the jewelry is:
4. Our Returns Department will check the item upon receiving it. For properly returned items, we will provide you store credit refunding the original amount paid less any shipping and handling fees within 7 days after receiving the jewelry. You can use store credit for any future purchases from Aisha’s Charms.
Items on sale do not qualify for replacement, return or exchange.
